Stick them in the fridge, the freezer or your mouth. –they are guaranteed to taste just like a mint slice only healthy-ish

CATE’S PEPPERMINT BLISS BALLS

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups almonds (blitzed)
20 dates (pitted & soaked for 10mins)
5 drops peppermint oil (food grade-I use doTerra)
1/4 cup cacao 

Method

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until they come together. Roll into balls and coat in coconut.
