Hugh's style of training is interactive, a hands-on approach with creative
activities, discussions, self enquiry and group/partner work. The 8 day course provides relevant, healing
and nourishment for the mind, body and soul.
Course Content Includes how and why we practice Yin Yoga; the origins and evolution of Yin Yoga; detailed
study of the physical, mental and energetic benefits of each Yin Yoga; learn
yoga anatomy and the difference between function and aesthetics; mindfulness
meditation; discover how Chinese Medicine relates to Yin Yoga and the
relationship between fascial tissues and meridians.
