How to get the most out of your challenge

 Pack your bag the night before. Keep Spare clothes in your car.

Book in your classes for the week. Include a weekly Yin or Meditation class..

Few of us ever find the optimal moment to come to a class. The trick is just to show up regardless

Check your emails. Each week we'll be sending you motivation and focus emails. We're here to help

Mark your classes off your Challenge Card. Grab yours from the front desk and load it on to our challenge board.
