We're back with the doors bursting open on Monday 2 November and we want to give you a little sneak peek of what's in store. 

As a member or guest, you will be able to enjoy the convenience of a jam-packed 80-class-a-week schedule. We've got you covered for hot sweaty flows and deliciously nurturing Yin. Think long and lean with our Barre Classes and power-punched good vibes when you take a Sculpt class. Not so keen on the heat? We've got Chilled Flow for you too! 

While Dan still has some rules and regulations about how many people we can have in our space we need to limit everyone regardless of your membership status to 3 classes a week- but we're sure you'll agree 3 is way way way better than this time last week. 

And yes, you read right... 


The full schedule is released this Wednesday evening at 6 pm and you'll be able to book your 3 classes up until Sunday 8th November. Set an alarm, stick a post-it on the fridge or a note in your diary. Just don't forget to book those classes in!
