Everyone. Our Flow class is strong and fluid and is taught as a multi-level class. You’ll be provided in class with variations and options to ensure you get the most out of your time on the mat.

GENTLE FLOW

Anyone and everybody. Accessible postures coupled with a slow and gentle pace ensure newer students feel proficient and more experienced yogis can dive into the more subtle components of the practice.

WARRIOR

Simple and Powerful. Foundational postures are offered in a way that breath leads the practice. Groan-inducing core and leg work builds resilience, purpose, and focus. Leave feeling satisfied and aligned with your values.

Anyone up for a challenge. You won’t find fancy poses here. Just slow, long, and steady accessible postures that push your personal boundaries.
