Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>By purchasing a casual class, membership, and\/or entering our studios you agree to our Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The Terms and Conditions will be displayed online on our website, located at www.wonderyoga.com.au. Upon request, we can provide you with an emailed copy or a hard copy with a notice of 72 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Our Terms and Conditions can be amended at any time. You should familiarise yourself with these Terms and Conditions and check for updates regularly. We will notify you in writing of any changes to the Terms and Conditions by e-mail, on our website, or otherwise at the Studios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>General Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. Class Schedules are subject to change or cancellation however we are not required to provide notice to you of such changes. All purchases are final and Wonder Yoga does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason including change of schedule or if you are unable to attend a class because it is at capacity.<\/p>\n<p>All passes and memberships are non-transferable or interchangeable.<\/p>\n<p>We reserve our right to change our opening hours on any given day without notice to you. You will be notified of any permanent changes to our opening hours.<\/p>\n<p>You must present if requested, a valid photo identification to reception staff upon entry to Wonder Yoga if there is concern regarding a membership identity. We reserve the right to refuse entry to persons without suitable ID.<\/p>\n<p>Wonder Yoga reserves the right to refuse entry to, or eject you from our premises in the event that you are behaving in an anti-social, intoxicated, disorderly, aggressive, offensive, or dangerous manner or in any manner which impacts the security of our students or other people at the studio<\/p>\n<p>To ensure the least amount of disruption to our students, once a class begins the studio door will be locked. Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstance. We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time of a class to avoid disappointment. For your own well-being and to ensure the security of our premises we advise that you must remain in the studio until a class concludes.<\/p>\n<p>We are not responsible in any way for the safe keeping of your personal belongings that you bring into our studio. As such, we recommend that you only bring items required for your class and leave your valuables at home. No items (including phones and keys) are permitted in the yoga rooms apart from a water bottle and towel.<\/p>\n<p>Items that are left in our change rooms or lockers will be held for two weeks after being found, following this period they will either be donated to charity or otherwise disposed of.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Class Booking &amp; Cancellation Policies<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;We have a policy in place to ensure everyone has a chance to practice.<\/p>\n<p>We advise you to pre-book your attendance to any Wonder Yoga classes using the online booking system available on our website or mobile app. You may attend our studios prior to the start of any scheduled class and participate in that class, where there is sufficient availability and space to be determined at our discretion. Arrival at the studio without a prior booking does not guarantee a place in the scheduled class.<\/p>\n<p>Class cancellations can be made via www.wonderyoga.com.au, the Wonder Yoga app, the MindBody site or the MindBody mobile app<\/p>\n<p>Class cancellations of Early Morning classes (those prior to 9 am) can be made up to 9 hours prior to your class start time without penalty.<\/p>\n<p>Class cancellations of all classes after 9 am can be made up to 3 hours prior to your class start time without penalty.<\/p>\n<p>Students on a Direct Debit Membership, 30 Day Intro Offer or any unlimited membership who pre-book a class and cancel inside of the Late Cancel or the respective 3 or 9-hour window will incur a $10.00 charge.<\/p>\n<p>Students on a Direct Debit Membership, 30 Day Intro Offer, or any unlimited membership who pre-book a class and do not attend will incur a $15.00 charge<\/p>\n<p>Students using a single pass, 10 Class Pass who pre-book a class but cancel inside of the Late Cancel window or fail to attend will forfeit their class.<\/p>\n<p>Members on Unlimited Passes including the Intro Offer get ONE complimentary failure to show\/ now show credit per calendar month.<\/p>\n<p>Late Cancellation and No Show fees are charged 48 hours after your scheduled class.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellations will not be accepted via email, phone or social media<\/p>\n<p>By booking online you agree to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fit for Purpose Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All the teachers at Wonder Yoga are qualified yoga and barre instructors. To ensure that your risk of injury is minimised during your participation in class we require you to follow the instructions of our teachers.<\/p>\n<p>The owners and directors of Wonder Yoga and our teachers are not medically trained and are therefore not qualified to assess whether students are fit to engage in any of our classes. Students are advised to seek medical advice prior to commencing any exercise program. Participating in any form of exercise at our studio is done entirely at your own risk.<br>You must advise us and any instructors if there are any risks to your health by participating in yoga or barre classes such as if you have a pre-existing injury, illness, or are pregnant, prior to attending our studio. Where you have a Medical Condition, we require you to seek approval from a medical practitioner to participate in any of our classes. Participating in any form of exercise at our studios with a medical condition is done entirely at your own risk.<\/p>\n<p>Students are required to wipe down their mats and\/or equipment using a towel with the supplied wipes after all classes in order to maintain hygiene standards.<\/p>\n<p>Smoking is prohibited inside and out of the front of our Studios at all times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Membership &amp; Pricing Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The sale of each Student Membership is subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the specific membership which can include a minimum membership commitment period, automatic direct debit, membership time limitations, and\/or class attendance limitations. Class packs and unlimited memberships exclude attendance at guest teacher\u2019s classes, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.<\/p>\n<p>In order to obtain a membership, you must be 18 years of age or over. Minors aged over 15 years and under 18 years may obtain a membership, but only if their parent or guardian has provided consent.<\/p>\n<p>Memberships are sold to patrons of our studios for personal use only. Memberships may not be shared or transferred for any reason at any time. Anyone sharing memberships does so expressly without the consent of Wonder Yoga and will be denied all future entry and forfeit their membership.<\/p>\n<p>We have the right to change our fees for new memberships at any time. We will notify you of any changes to the pricing of memberships in writing. We also reserve the right to increase membership costs at any time after the applicable minimum commitment period for your membership. We will notify you in writing of any changes to the pricing details of your membership. If you are paying for your membership by direct debit, you authorise us to debit any increased fee amounts from your nominated bank account. If you do not agree to any pricing changes, you may cancel your membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>To receive the eligible concession rates on membership packages that have a discounted rate a current student ID, pension card or healthcare card must be presented at the time of purchase of the concession-priced membership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Casual Classes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass.<\/p>\n<p>No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are offered due to illness, injury, change of address, or any other reason. Multiple casual classes can be purchased simultaneously.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>30 Day Introductory Offer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Wonder Yoga Introductory Offer is valid for 30 days from the pass activation date. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass, herein referred to as the \u2018Activation Date\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The Intro Offer allows you to attend an unlimited* number of regularly scheduled classes during the 30 days from and including your activation date.<\/p>\n<p>The Intro Offer is available for new members, or returning members who have not been at the studio for a minimum of six months. This pass cannot be suspended under any circumstances and no concession price is available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>10 Class Packs<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All 10 class packs have a 12-month expiry date. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the class pack and the class pack will expire 12 months from the activation date. Concession prices are available for qualifying students. Class packs cannot be shared, transferred, or extended beyond their expiry date except through our &#8216;bring a friend&#8217; program on the Wonder App.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Upfront 12 Month Unlimited Membership<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The 12 Month Unlimited membership is valid for 12 months as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass.<\/p>\n<p>This membership allows you unlimited regularly scheduled yoga, barre and meditation classes but excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training, or other special events. This membership can be suspended for up to 6 weeks in increments of 1 week. Concession prices are available for qualifying students or pensioners. &nbsp;No refund is available on pre-paid memberships but one transfer of name is allowed with a $50 administration fee charged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Weekly Direct Debit<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>There is no minimum term of the direct debit membership and can be cancelled at anytime with 7 days written notice via email to <span style=\"color: #851301;\"><span style=\"color: #26110e;\">info@wonderyoga.com.au<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The weekly direct debit membership allows you unlimited regularly scheduled yoga, barre, pilates and meditation classes but excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training, or other special events.&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 15.3333px; white-space-collapse: preserve; background-color: var( --e-global-color-primary );\">The weekly direct debit 2 class per week membership allows you two(2) regularly scheduled yoga, barre, pilates and meditation classes per week but excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training, or other special events. Classes cannot in any instance be rolled over to a following week.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Weekly fees will be charged automatically to your authorised credit\/debit card by MindBody Payments (Stripe), our nominated third-party payment provider. It is the cardholder\u2019s responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available in their nominated or credit\/debit card to cover the applicable fees for the direct debit memberships. You will be notified if your card provider fails to authorise for any reason. You must provided payment within 4 calendar days of the original rejection date for membership continuity. Please note your credit\/debit card statement will show &#8220;WONDER YOGA&#8221; for all payments and this will indicate your payment to Wonder Yoga.<\/p>\n<p>All services will be deactivated if an account becomes more than 14 calendar days late.<\/p>\n<p>Direct debit memberships may be suspended up to three times a year via the online request form. Requests are to be submitted via email (info@wonderyoga.com.au) or our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wonderyoga.com.au\/contact\/\">Contact Us Page<\/a>. The minimum suspension period is one week and the maximum for 6 weeks for any single suspension period. Suspensions are granted for a maximum of 6 weeks per calendar year. Members must provide three working days&#8217; notice to allow a suspension to be activated.<\/p>\n<p>To terminate the direct debit membership, Wonder Yoga must be advised by the membership holder via e-mail sent to <span style=\"color: #26110e;\"><a style=\"color: #26110e;\" href=\"mailto:info@wonderyoga.com.au\">info@wonderyoga.com.au<\/a><\/span>&nbsp;that they wish to terminate the relevant membership.<\/p>\n<p>By creating a direct debit membership, the holder agrees to the terms and conditions of our third-party biller, currently MindBody Payments. These terms and conditions can be found in hard copy at the front desk at our Studio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Private classes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Confirmation of Private Class booking is secured upon payment. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and provided to Wonder Yoga with 24 hours&#8217; notice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Events<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Workshops and Events have no refunds, cancellations, exchanges or transfers<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Contact &amp; Privacy Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You must inform us when your contact details change so we can keep in touch with you.<\/p>\n<p>Wonder Yoga complies with the Privacy Act. If you wish to request access to your personal information, correct or update your details or raise any privacy concerns you may have, please contact us at info@wonderyoga.com.au<\/p>\n<p>Wonder Yoga uses a third party software provider known as Mindbody Online. In order to create a membership, your personal information will be provided to the proprietor of Mindbody Online. The collection and use of personal information by Mindbody Online is governed by Mindbody Online\u2019s privacy policy, which can be viewed here.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Our Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Wonder Yoga and its Representatives will not be liable and excludes all liability under these Terms and Conditions or in any other way for all injury, illness, damage or loss of any kind whatsoever directly or indirectly sustained by you in relation to participating in any class or entering the Studios.
