Our Yoga for Teens is the perfect way to introduce the benefits of yoga to your curious teen. Delivered by Ruby McKay who has a deep knowledge of the body and works closely with teens across the Geelong region this 8 week course is designed to empower and support younger teens find their strenth and power but also learn to appreciate the quiet.
