ARM BALANCE WORKSHOP

WHAT:

Join Jodie for this Arm Balance workshop as she takes you through the technique and alignment of some of the most common arm balancing postures. This workshop will build mobility, strength, stability, and, most importantly, confidence.

Some of the postures we will be exploring are:

Bakasana (crow pose)

Eka pada koundinyasana II (flying splits)

Parsva bakasana (side crow pose)

Galavasana (Flying Pigeon)

EXPECT:

Through asana practice, drills, and discussion (and lots of fun!), you can explore some of those more challenging postures with support and a deeper understanding of the mechanics of the postures.

WHO IS THIS FOR:

Whether you regularly practice arm balances and want to improve your technique, or you don’t have any experience with them, everyone is welcome!
