Hosted by Jo Dickens and Sally Ferris, this Intimate retreat will have a maximum of 18 guests as we share a fun-filled week of Pilates, Sculpt & Yoga Classes from March 1 to 7 2024.
THE LOCATION
Nestled on the shoreline of the pristine Lake Koggala, our private retreat is surrounded by tropical jungle, fresh air and stunning views in every direction. Lanka retreat is only five minutes from the town of Habaraduwa and a fantastic beach. A short ten minutes tuktuk ride and you are on the sand at the world-famous Kabalana surf beach. Nearby you’ll find anything you need at the small city centre of Galle and its historic fort precinct with exotic bars and uniquye shopping.
THE EXPERIENCE
Practice two times a day in the tropcial warmth, relax poolside, enjoy gourmet meals lovingly prepared by our private staff Dive into meaningful conversations, and daily adventures which include a surf lesson, cooking class, massage and loads of free time to personalise your own adventure. The yoga shala is elevated and hidden in the trees to encourage a calm atmosphere
THE ACCOMODATION
LUXURY FOUR-BED ROOM
PRICE PER PERSON $2290
At Lanka Yoga, our largest room options are the upstairs rooms located in the main villa, which can accommodate up to four people. These spacious rooms are equipped with a splittable king-size bed and two upper bunks integrated as a mezzanine, providing ample space for everyone.
One of the standout features of these rooms is the huge bathroom. It has a separate toilet, mu,ltiple showers and sinks and is an unforgettable experience as you gaze out onto the uninterrupted, elevated view of Koggala lake. These rooms are designed to be cooled by cross ventilation, but an AC unit is also available for those who prefer a cooler temperature.
Additionally, this room boasts a massive balcony that overlooks the lake, providing the perfect place to relax, read a book, or simply take in the stunning view.
KING BED LAKESIDE ROOM
PRICE FOR ONE PERSON $3190 (additional room guest $2490)
This means these rooms are cooled by being built into the ground with their green roof. With a little help from the ceiling fans, these rooms stay cool year-round, without the need for air-conditioning.
These rooms are best suited to a couple or solo traveller. They have a splittable king bed, with everything else you could need to be both comfortable and cool. In front of these rooms you have a low view of Koggala lake over the tops of the mangrove trees, with a large natural balcony in front to relax.
KING BED LAKESIDE ROOM
PRICE FOR ONE PERSON $3190 (additional room guest $2490)

Our exceptional two-bedroom jungle apartment offers an open plan living area, kitchen and two indoor/outdoor bathrooms. Set into the jungle in the corner of the property providing a short walk to the pool. Two queen size rooms can accomodate two couples. Enjoy the convenience of modern living facilities coupled with the serenity of being in the midst of a jungle.
LUXURY TWIN SHARE ROOM
PRICE PER PERSON $2790
The Lake View Rooms at our venue, also upstairs in the main villa offer a serene experience, with stunning views of the surrounding lake and lush greenery. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with cross ventilation to provide a cool and comfortable environment. For those who prefer cooler temperatures, the rooms also have air-conditioning.
The spacious rooms feature splittable king beds, making them ideal for couples or friends traveling together. The large bathrooms are equipped with modern amenities and are perfect for relaxing after a day of yoga and meditation.
The highlight of the these rooms could be the expansive balcony that offers uninterrupted views of the picturesque lake. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, or simply soak up the peaceful surroundings.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations prior to 16 October – $500 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations from 16 October – 12 January – 50% refund of the total retreat price paid.
No refunds for any cancellations after 12 January 2024.
If we cannot proceed with the retreat due to government-mandated regulations we will refund you all costs less a $150 administration charge to cover our costs. Should you be unable to attend due to self-isolation requirements no refund will be available.
