THE LOCATION

WONDER YOGA extends an invitation to you to join us in September 2025 at our bespoke Greek Retreat. Be immersed in the culture, dine on scrumptious local cuisine, sail the Aegean Sea and expand your yoga practice on our 7 day/6 night luxury escape.

Our boutique hotel is located on the Peloponnese Peninsula and is  Five Star / 2 Michellin Key hotel perched within a 25 acre organic farm overlooking the ocean.

With your breath, body, and spirit for adventure, join an exclusive group of like-minded travellers as we journey beyond ourselves.

THE EXPERIENCE

Greece. A place that doesn’t just capture the imagination, it settles directly into your soul. Here, ancient history rests effortlessly beside modern elegance, and every curve of the coastline feels like an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.

This is a landscape painted in soft Mediterranean light: silvery olive groves shimmering in the breeze, vineyards unfurling across sun-drenched hills, and the sapphire Aegean stretching endlessly beyond. The air carries the scent of wild thyme, warm stone, and the distant sea – a sensory tapestry that gently awakens every part of you.

THE ACCOMODATION

THE HOTEL

WELCOME TO HOTEL KINSTERNA, MONEMVASIA GREECE

A place of absolute tranquillity, authentic hospitality, pure quality and discreet luxury. Our exquisite accommodation is a restored Byzantine Mansion established in 1667 overlooking the Aegean Sea.
Spread over 25 acres of an organic farm, the mansion, now transformed into a boutique eco-hotel, offers a unique experience that combines nature and tradition. Kinsterna Hotel is a five-star, 2 Michelin Key venue.

YOUR 'TYPICAL' DAY

WHAT A DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE AT  KINSTERNA HOTEL.

We begin our days with a morning meditation and yoga practice in a tranquil outdoor area framed by olive trees, before sitting down to a nourishing breakfast prepared by our chef, featuring food harvested from the organic farm.

Mid-morning, we venture into the ancient town of Momemvasia or take a pleasant hike to a local sandy beach – the choice is yours.

Late afternoon, as the sun begins to fade, we come together as a group for a luxurious practice where the class might be a restorative-based yin class or a dynamic vinyasa flow, dependent upon the daily itinerary.

Dinner is a shared feast of flavours, spices and the chance to immerse our senses in the stunning cuisine Greece is famous for.

“Greece is the spirit of truth. When you are here, you feel something deep and fundamental – something eternal”.

-LAWRENCE DURRELL

BYZANTINE ROOM

TWIN OR KING OCCUPANCY ONLY

Our Byzantine rooms were created in the pre-existing, vaulted parts of the building, with the “Byzantine temple” being the most special element of their decoration. It is a functional separator between the dressing/bathroom areas and the main room. The wall tapestries, antique mirrors, comfortable armchairs, low lighting, and small niches in the walls create an atmosphere that transports us back to the Byzantine period. It can be configured to either queen or twin bedding.
