Upbeat tunes and loads of laughs are the hallmarks of our barre class. But don’t be fooled by the light weights and happy smiles; barre hits all the spots if you’re looking for an efficient and complete full-body workout that leaves you feeling wonderfully alive.

NICE TO KNOW
All props are supplied but we recommend you BYO mat. Barre is practiced in bare feet. Wear clothing you can work up a sweat in. A drink bottle and hand towel are a good idea. All classes have a cancellation policy of 3 hours for classes after 9 AM and 9 hours for classes before 9 AM.

Crank up your heart rate and feel the burn as you level up your fitness. Cardio Barre has all the good times and benefits of barre with bursts of HIIT supporting your aerobic fitness. You’ll leave feeling challenged, inspired, and proud of what you are capable of.
