WONDER YOGA invites you to join us from 20–26 June 2027 for our bespoke Spanish Retreat. Immerse yourself in Catalan culture, gather around tables filled with beautiful local food, explore breathtaking volcanic landscapes and deepen your yoga practice during our seven-day, six-night escape.
Our boutique accommodation is a lovingly restored 17th-century Catalan masia set among the forests and Pyrenean foothills of La Garrotxa. Here, rustic character, contemporary design and understated luxury come together in a place created for rest, connection and adventure.

Renowned around the world for its cycling and wellness culture, Girona and the countryside surrounding Off Grid Girona draw professional riders, adventurers and seekers of a slower, more connected way of living. This is a landscape painted in rich Catalan colour: volcanic forests, medieval villages, sun-warmed stone and Pyrenean peaks rising across the horizon. The air carries the scent of wild herbs and forest earth—a sensory tapestry that gently awakens every part of you.

A place of absolute tranquillity, authentic hospitality, natural beauty and understated luxury. Our exquisite accommodation, Off Grid Girona, is a lovingly restored 17th-century Catalan masia set among the volcanic forests and Pyrenean foothills of La Garrotxa.
More of a relaxed rural home than a traditional hotel, Off Grid combines historic character with contemporary design, seasonal farm-to-table dining and a deep commitment to sustainability. Surrounded by gardens, walking trails and some of Girona’s most spectacular cycling country, it is a place created to help you unplug, slow down and reconnect with what matters most.
YOUR 'TYPICAL' DAY
A DAY IN THE RHYTHM OF RETREAT
We begin each day with morning meditation and yoga in the Garden Studio or beneath the open sky, surrounded by the forests and Pyrenean foothills of La Garrotxa. Afterwards, we gather for a nourishing breakfast prepared by Off Grid’s chef, celebrating seasonal, locally sourced produce.
Mid-morning might invite us beyond the retreat—to wander through a medieval village, hike among ancient volcanic landscapes, explore the region by bicycle or simply remain at Off Grid for a swim, a massage or a quiet afternoon beneath the trees. The choice is yours.
As the warmth begins to soften, we return to our practice. Depending on the rhythm of the day, this might be a slow and restorative Yin class, a spacious meditation or an energising Vinyasa flow.
Dinner brings us together around the communal table for a generous, family-style feast inspired by the flavours of Catalonia. Beautiful food, local wine, easy conversation and nowhere else we need to be.

LUXURY AND JUNIOR SUITES
For those seeking the ultimate in luxury, space and privacy, our two suites offer a beautifully indulgent retreat experience. Warm and inviting, both feature generous sleeping areas, intimate private lounges and ample room to relax beside the masia windows and enjoy the surrounding views.

Our most spacious and luxurious accommodation, the King Sunrise Suite is for the guest who wants to retreat without compromise. Enjoy the suite entirely to yourself, or share this romantic, timeless space with a partner or friend.
JUNIOR SUITE
$5,290 single occupancy
The Junior Suite offers the same sense of history and understated luxury in a slightly more intimate setting. With a private sitting area and beautiful views from the original masia windows, there is still ample space to settle in, spread out and feel completely at home.

Our Luxury Rooms offer an elegant balance of character, comfort and space. Warm, timeless and individually styled, they invite you to settle into the history of the masia while enjoying all the ease of contemporary accommodation.
Choose from a generous king room that can be configured as twin beds for friends sharing, or one of our beautiful queen-sized Tower Rooms, rich with character and a sense of quiet escape.

SUPERIOR ROOMS

Our Superior Rooms are welcoming, beautifully considered and ideal for guests who want comfort without the additional scale of a suite or Luxury Room.
Queen rooms are perfectly suited to the solo traveller, while selected king rooms can be configured as twins for couples, friends or new retreat companions sharing the experience.
Each room carries its own details and outlook, offering a peaceful place to rest, restore and make yourself completely at home throughout the week.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
All participants must have adequate travel insurance
which covers all activities, medical emergencies, lost baggage, baggage or flight delay, and trip cancellation. We recommend you take out travel insurance upon booking of this retreat

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations before 1 March 2026 – $750 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations from 1 March – 1 July – 50% refund of the total retreat price
No refunds for any cancellations after April 1 2027.
FAQ
When travelling to Spain no visa is required for Australian citizens for short stays of up to 90 days. However, a visa is needed for stays longer than 90 days, and for both short and long stays, a passport valid for at least three months after your departure date is required. Starting at some point in 2027, Australians will also need to apply for an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) for visa-exempt travel to the Schengen Area

Absolutely you can come solo with us. We’ve had many participants on our retreats love the adventure of ‘me time’. Want a roomie to reduce costs? We’ll match up your accomodation and pair you with a like-minded soul. Want to travel in a group. Let us know and we can ensure you are hooked up together in our spacious twin rooms.
Short answer is no! Longer answer; if you want to get the most out of our week together it would be benefifial to take some classes with us. Let us know what you need and we’ll set up a membership for you.
No, flight costs are the responsibiity of each individual.
Check in is from 3 pm on the first day of the retreat.
BY CAR:
From Barcelona: The simplest way to Off Grid is to catch the train from Barcelona to Girona. It takes no more than 1.5 hours.
FLY DIRECT:
There is an international airport in Girona.
DRIVE:
Have a hire car? The roads between the Costa Brava or Barcelona and Off Grid are pleasant. just remember your will require an international drivers license.
ONCE IN GIRONA:
We will provide a designated transfer from Girona to our retreat centre from a designated pick up point on 20 June.
Please refer to our cancellation policy. We highly recommend, upon booking your reservation with WONDER, that you take our travel insurance. We will endeavour to onsell your room for you but we cannot guarantee this will occur. IF your room is purchased by another guest your payments less the $750 deposit will be refunded to you.
