🍊The Wonder-Approved Aperol Spritz – we don’t just know yoga!
Let’s be honest — the festive season is a lot. We love the sparkle, the social buzz, the sequins… but also? It can feel like a marathon wrapped in tinsel.
At Wonder, we’re all about balance. So while we’ll absolutely encourage you to get to class, stay hydrated, and look after your nervous system — we’re also here for a very good cocktail.
This one’s our go-to: fresh, fizzy, citrusy, and just bitter enough to feel sophisticated. It’s basically the Yin Yoga of summer drinks. Serve it post-Pilates, pre-poolside, or as your reward for surviving a family lunch. Here’s how we whip up our favourite summer fizz.
✨ Ingredients
- 60ml Aperol
- 90ml Prosecco (the good stuff, you’re worth it)
- 30ml soda water
- Lots of ice
- Fresh orange slice to garnish
- Optional: a sprig of rosemary for that “I-just-foraged-this-after-my-yoga-class” energy
🧡 Method
- Fill a large wine glass with ice. Be generous.
- Add Aperol, followed by Prosecco.
- Top with soda water (don’t stir — let the bubbles do their thing).
- Garnish with orange and rosemary.
- Sip slowly, preferably while barefoot.
Looking for a lower-alcohol option? Switch out the quantities of soda water to prosecco, and you’ve still got yourself a summer spritz without the slam!
